Little Ms Precious (Vagina)

Sensitive, living, lovely, distinctive, delicate, improving, beloved, priceless, present, stunning.

Yes, I'm referring to the Vagina . Isn't it intriguing how versatile descriptions of the vagina may be? I could go on and on about this priceless gift that the Lord has given us. The words just flow out of me. The Vagina! The Vagina! The Vagina!

Queens never forget that the vagina, "she," is life. But ! And sure, there is a but: if we don't look after her, her life will end just like everyone else's.

A muscle makes up the vagina. It is a canal that leaves the body and travels from the uterus. It is the location where a baby descends during childbirth, the uterine lining tears during menstruation, and penetration happens during intercourse. The vagina is more than simply what we can see with our unaided eyes or feel with our bare hands, which is why she is so lovely and delicate and requires care.

The vagina has many functions, including those related to menstruation, childbirth, and sexual activity. Little Miss Precious plays so many different parts that her fragility is absurd and, regrettably, at times causes annoyance. Yes! I know since I've also gone through several experiences that left me wondering.

Did you know we can detox through the vagina? You see, the vagina possesses sweat glands and serves as a channel for expelling waste into the blood. As I mentioned earlier, the vagina is a detoxification organ.

The vagina has an intriguing form that resembles a H lying on its side. Do you know what the vagina's primary function is? For conception only.

Therefore, how do we care for the vagina?
Let's talk!

1) You must first be aware of one crucial fact: the vagina self-cleanses. It never stops cleaning itself. It spontaneously purifies itself through typical vaginal discharge. Now, you must be aware that if  something is amiss  you need to consult a doctor if you have strange-looking discharge that smells awful or has an odd colour.

2) As often as you can, wear white cotton underwear. She needs something soft and breathable, and cotton typically gives that.

3) Before wearing new underwear, wash them first. This is crucial; you don't want to introduce bacteria into your vagina. Keep in mind that she is sensitive and fragile.

4) The vagina is self-cleaning, so you don't need to clean it. Use warm water and chemical- and toxin-free soap to wash the labia major (outside). also use warm water to clean between the labia minora and major to remove any residue that might be there.

5) After using the bathroom, wipe your vagina with soft toilet paper or a fresh washcloth.

6) Use reusable washable cloth pads rather than disposable commercial pads and tampons.

7) practise adding yoni steaming with herbs for the reproductive organs on a monthly basis.

Keeping your vulva and vagina healthy will help you avoid infections, germs, and pain. It helps by making her feel clean and fresh as she should, haha.
